Availability:
While we try to keep everything on our website in stock, it is impossible for us to predict demand and/or manufacturing delivery. We do our best to keep the delivery/availability times updated on each product. Keep in mind that if an item shows to be available, we may not have the quantity in stock that you are ordering.
Also, we are constantly adding new fabrics to our offering, and may not yet have the fabric in stock even though it is on the website. Please note the status of availability when viewing the fabric. When you place your order, you will be notified of any item that is on back order with an estimated ship date.
Fabric Pricing:
You will see the BackSide Fabrics half yard price shown in red underneath the item number right next to the image of the fabric. This is the price for a half yard. When you click on the arrow to view the quantity menu, you will see a plus sign with a dollar amount next to the quantity. This is the dollar amount that will be added to the half yard price.
For example, if you were ordering 2 yard of White Muslin by Springs, Item# RGM10898, the price for a half yard is $4.00. When you make the quantity selection of 2 yards, it shows (+12.00). $4.00 + $12.00 = $16.00, which is the total cost for 2 yards of the Muslin. When you get to the Order Review page of the checkout process, you will see the total cost of your items. We realize that this can be a bit confusing, and we hope to have a solution in the near future. We thank you for your patience and consideration!

Please note that all backing fabrics are sold in continuous 1/2 yard increments.
If you would prefer to place a telephone order, please contact us at 704-951-8077 and we will be happy to take your order. If you prefer paying by check or money order, please call us or email us and we will email you an invoice. You then may mail us a check or money order along with a copy of the invoice, and we will ship your order upon receipt of your payment. Soon we will have an order form on the website that you will be able to print, fill out and mail to us with your payment.
******Only credit card payment will be accepted on international orders. No checks or money orders will be accepted.******

If you live in the local area and would like to pickup your order from BackSide Fabrics, or have us hand deliver it to you at the next Charlotte, Mooresville, or Lincoln Piecemakers Guild meeting, please select the "Local Pickup" shipping method option during checkout. This will avoid shipping charges being added to your order.
Sales tax will be added to all NC orders.
*****If you are shipping to Canada, Alaska, or internationally, the actual shipping charges will be added to the total of your order once your order is ready for shipment. BackSide Fabrics does not add any extra handling or hidden charges. If you have any question about international shipping charges please email us before placing your order. International shipping charges can be quite high. Please note that international shipments will NOT be shipped as a "gift" or at a lower declared value.*****

IF YOU REQUEST PARCEL POST AND YOUR ORDER DOES NOT INCLUDE BATTING YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED VIA USPS PRIORITY AND CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. IF YOU REQUEST PRIORITY SHIPPING FOR AN ORDER CONTAINING BATTING THE CHART BELOW WILL NOT APPLY AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE ACTUAL SHIPPING COST.***
For the 48 contiguous Unites States, the following are shipping charge estimates. Shipping charges are based on the weight, size and destination of your order. If your actual shipping charges are less than the amounts below, we will change your order to reflect the actual charges, and charge you the actual amount. If your actual charges are more than what is shown below, we will only charge you what is below, not more, except on batting orders.

If your order is received Monday through Friday by 5:00pm EST, we will ship the next business day. If your order is placed after 5:00pm EST, it will ship within two business days. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday before 5:00pm EST, it will ship on the following Monday.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Please be sure of your fabric order, as cut yardage is not returnable. If you are unsure of the color, please request a free sample. If you would like to return a non-fabric item, it must be within 30 days of purchase and in new, unused condition. We will credit your credit card, less all shipping charges. Please contact us for a return authorization number. If we've made a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do whatever is necessary to make it right for you!
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone, because chances are we have already started processing it!! We will do our best to work with you.
