Availability, Pricing, Ordering & Shipping Info
Availability:
When you place your order, you will be notified of any item that is on back order with an estimated ship date.
While we try to keep everything on our website in stock, it is impossible for us to predict demand and/or manufacturing delivery. We do our best to keep the delivery/availability times updated on each product. Keep in mind that if an item shows to be available, we may not have the quantity in stock that you are ordering.
Also, we are constantly adding new fabrics to our offering, and may not yet have the fabric in stock even though it is on the website. Please note the status of availability when viewing the fabric.
Fabric Pricing:
Our fabrics are priced by the yard. Minimum order is one yard except for smaller cut pieces listed on the BackSide Bargain Backs page. Please use the "additional 1/4 yard" option box if you would like an additional 1/4 (Qty 1), 1/2 (Qty 2), or 3/4 (Qty 3)yard. Your order will be shipped as one continuous length. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@backsidefabrics.com anytime, or 704-951-8077 during office hours.
Ordering Information:
The minimum order is for one yard, unless you are purchasing a cut piece from the BackSide Bargain Backs page. Please use the "additional 1/4 yard" option box if you would like an additional 1/4 (Qty 1), 1/2 (Qty 2), or 3/4 (Qty 3)yard. Your order will be shipped as one continuous length. If you would prefer to place a telephone order, please contact us at 704-951-8077 and we will be happy to take your order. We also have a printable order form if you prefer payment by check or money order, or prefer to fax or mail your credit card order. Just click on the link in the menu to the left that says "Printable Order Form" and fax (credit card orders only) or mail to us with your payment.
Sales tax will be added to all NC orders.
International orders - Only credit card payment will be accepted. The order must be placed directly on our website. No checks or money orders will be accepted.
Shipping Information:
If your order is received Monday through Friday by 5:00pm EST and is in stock, we will ship the next business day. If your order is placed after 5:00pm EST and is in stock, it will ship within two business days. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday before 5:00pm EST and is in stock, it will ship on the following Monday, unless we get absolutely swamped over the weekend. Occasionally we have extraordinarily busy days during sales or shop hops, and your order may be delayed by 24 - 48 hours, but that is not the norm! Please contact us if you need your order in a hurry and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Local Pickup:
If you live in the local Charlotte, NC area and would like to pickup your order from BackSide Fabrics, you may select the "Local Pickup" shipping method option during checkout. This will avoid shipping charges being added to your order. Please call 704-951-8077 to make an appointment to pick up your order as we are an internet only business and not a retail shop. If you choose the "Local Pickup" option for your order and you are not in the local area, shipping charges will be added to your order and charged to your credit card accordingly.
Domestic Shipping:
Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (3 - 5 day delivery time) or USPS Express Mail (1 - 2 day delivery) depending on which option you choose during the checkout process. See charts below for shipping rates.
***Oversized items such as batting may be shipped via USPS Parcel Post, and may be assessed up to a $5.00 oversized item surcharge depending upon the size of the box and the destination. This will sometimes apply to one batt if you live on the west coast. If you have any questions on what it will cost to ship your order please contact us. If you need quicker delivery on an oversized item, please make a note in the comments section during the checkout process, or contact us by email or phone.

Please be aware that you may also be required to pay duty or customs fees once your order arrives in your country. Contact your local postal service for more information. International orders will NOT be shipped as a "gift" or at a lower declared value.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 60 days of receipt if it is in new, unused condition. We will issue full credit minus shipping charges, or send a different fabric if you so choose. You must contact us first for return instructions to ensure proper credit and handling of your return.
If you are unsure of the color of the fabric you are ordering, please request a free sample so that you can avoid having to return your purchase.
If we've made a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do whatever is necessary to make it right for you!
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately, because chances are we have already started processing it!! We will do our best to work with you.
